Hello and welcome to this weeks blog post. We started the week with sports day on Monday, it was amazing to see so many family members and the children were all fantastic! Please note that we break up for the summer at midday on Friday 19th July.  We will return on Thursday 5th September.  We would like you to take all of your children's belongings home for the summer holidays to allow us to clean and tidy. Please return questionnaires by Thursday 18th July, we welcome feedback and will use this when making plans to improve our service to you and the children. On Thursday 18th July we will be hosting a leavers afternoon tea.  This is for the class 2 children and their families.  Please do let us know if you are attending to ensure we have enough seats!! This week in Class 2 we have visited school Reception Class on Monday and today.  At Forest School we found a stick man and the children then made their own!  There has been lots of water play in the garde

Hello and welcome to this weeks blog post. This week we have started parent consultations, please complete the questionnaires and return to a member of staff.  These help us to continuing reflecting and improving on the service we provide and we really do appreciate all feedback. Aimee attended Brill toddler group on Wednesday, if you or someone you know is considering Pre-school for September 2019 or September 2020 please do get in contact. This week in Class 2 we set the butterflies free!  We found strawberries on our strawberry plants and explored herbs with playdough.  The children have enjoyed dressing up in the school home corner and practising for sports day.  We made up stories at forest school and acted them out at base camp.  Today the children went to meet their new teacher's at Brill School. In Class 1 this week we made cinnamon playdough, role played with a car wash and used magnifying glasses to look at moths.  The children continued playing '
